No! heck no! oil is mixed with the gas the oil in the gas keeps all thing lube, the only parts that need any knid of outside lubing are the grease fiting

Pretty sure its a two stroke, so there is no oil in the crankcase, excess black oil from around the muffler is due to incorrect fuel oil mix, or incorrect carb settings
