Mend Sportscraft TX300 Code Treadmill Seconds

SPortscraft TX300 has an error code 3...how do we fix it??

After turning on the treadmill and running it for about 30 seconds, it stops and an error code 3 comes up in the distance/speed window. How can we fix it?
