Zanussi tumble dryer TC 7102 W does not heat?

The motor turns the drum as selected; however, the dryer does not heat. Any suggestions welcome

there is a thermostat inside the drum.hold a mirror inside the drum and look up towards the top inside.key shaped bit with 2 screws can be removed to access a thermostat.this should be normally closed contacts.if they are open circuit then it will need replacing.open circuit element and pcb fault are all possibilities but stat one is common issue
