Hi Hailey,
Don't panic.
Firstly, try an initial clear. This won't lose any data, it will try to jump the machine back to REG mode.
Turn power off at wall.
Turn key to P mode
Hold SUBTOTAL button down while you power on at wall
The machine will usually print an initial clear confirmation
Turn key to REG and try it. you might need to log back on if it shows 'CLOSED' on display
