hair clip in pump of fisher & paykel smart drive 050?

I did 1st load fine, then 2nd load wouldn't do final spin, I have had the same problem once before, and it was a hair clip,mypartner fixed it but he is not here and i need to fix it,can you please tell me where the pump is situated and how to fix it
