How do I replace the diverter valve on a Ferroli HE31C?

How do I replace the diverter valve on a Ferroli HE31C ??

After several days of trying to find out why I get DHW but no CH, I've come to the conclusion it's the diverter valve sticking. Does anybody know how to remove and dismantle the valve and possibly 'recondition' ??
