Mend Worcester Bosch Pressure Heating Central

worcester bosch boiler - pressure problems?

COLD- pressure is less than 1. demanding hot water trips the boiler.

I turn the central heating on and the pressure rises off the scales. (3+ bar).

The hot water from taps then works and slightly lower the pressure. What's going on? Help?
