how can i fix the dryer of venus washing machine?

The venus vw6090 fully automatic washing machine's lid is broken on the spring area. Now the spring got detatched from the lid and eventhough it washes and drain, the dryer is not working. At first i think i heard a
vague sound of something rotating. But it stopped suddenly and it beeped to stop. I tried many times to work it but it drains, beeps and stops.
