How can I fix my jcb 3c?

fit new filters. check the lift pump, make sure the stop is in the off position on the pump. bleed it, crack open an injector and try again. depending on age of machine tapping the injector pump might help if it has siezed

Have you checked that there is a flow of fuel from the tank? Undo the feed pipe at the sediment trap and see if fuel flows OK. If so, the next thing to check is that there is fuel getting to the filter. Undo the feed at the filter and operate the lift pump by hand. If it all works, there should be a good jet of fuel as you operate the pump lever.

If there isn't any fuel coming through, I'd suggest that you check the lift pump. Take it apart and clean the gauze inside. Once you can get fuel to the filters OK, the next thing to do is bleed the system for air. This might take a while.

If it fires on easy start, keep turning it over on the ether and see if the clean fuel lines make a difference.
