I have bought Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 1996 yr model,milage so for 68thousands.As i bought it recently found that car is not giving good milage,it just gives 4km per liter petrol.
It worries me lot as i have to spend lot of money on fuel.
Can you pls tell me is ther any problem with engine,or any thing to do to keep better oil consumption .

give your car a good sevice, check/change plugs, air filters, if injection, put injection cleaner in petrol tank, this helps to clean inside of fuel lines & jets, if carb, take it off and give it a good clean, check/change fuel filter, check tyre pressures are correct and also check you have no fuel leaks anywhere. if problems carry on then get car tuned.
