Mend Glow-worm 70FF Boiler Runs Seconds

glowworm micron 70ff boiler?

I am keep getting software errors,the boiler runs for few seconds then switches off,after 3 attemps, the reset led comes on with burner led flashing and the boiler switched off, the only way to reset it is to switch it off from the control pannel, can you please help.

Glow-worm Glow-worm 70FF Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Runs Seconds

Having done some research on this fault with my Micron 70ff boiler I was tipped off that the ignition electrode has been modified to overcome this problem. The modified part has a twin electrode (part No 2000802541 and available from keep the heat on) whereas earlier models were single electrode. Correct spark gap is also important.

It worked for me so good luck.
