Mend Rangemaster Cooker Time Gas

how do i reset the time on the rangemaster ?

have just had a new clock fitted,but the fitter had not put the correct time on the clock, have tried to reset but only the cooking time will register!! but that is of no use if the 24hr clock not set correctly ???
