Mend Delonghi DFS090 Heating Fault Intermittent

delonghi dfs090 intermittent fault with knob can it be fixed and how?

delonghi dfs090 electric oven, oven knob does not seem to be working properly however intermittently when working oven fan workign and heating up, when knob not working nothing in oven works i.e internal light does not switch on, no fan, no heat, can this be fixed and how.
