Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Thermostat Element Continuity

Hotpoint TDC30 not heating?

My dryer isn't heating, changed thermostats few months ago and still seem OK, element continuity seems OK (about 20 ohms). Have heard the relay behind the front switch can go, how do I work out if this is now problem?
