how can i fix my carl lewis treadmill?

whilst moving the treadmill the on/off switch snapped off and fell to pieces, i think that i have the pieces but am not sure how it all goes back together or can i just buy a replacement ? i also need a new bulb for the small light next to the switch ? if i can buy replacements where do i get them from ?
