no its not a vario. its 98 last one before the vario i am told.

Thanks, i am not sure about the braking system as I am not a lorry man and use the lorry for transporting bikes to road racing It failed mot for a bulging front brake hose which I replaced but I cant get a pedal. I've tried bleeding but continually get bubbles and i wonder if the air system is having an effect on this?

are you sure about rear brakes, they are usually air over hydraulic foot brake and air park brake-check on rear calliper/cylinder to see where flexi hose or brake pipe goes.
