As it is now impossible to get any help or accessories from B&Q for this product does anyone know if any other pressure washer manufacturer uses the same connector for brushes, jets etc. I need a Patio Washer for my Performance Pro360 but can only find other manufacturers products.
If you have been dealing with the local store try the following.
Just had a look on the B&Q site www.diy.com and at bottom is support centre. Click on contact us
then click on 'Enquiries' right hand picture. up comes an online form fill in and send see what comes back. If you get no help send another saying 'Its the last time I will be entering B&Q especially for tools. You might get some decent positive result then. Just remember keep your cool the workforce only follows the rules it's the top lot you want who make those adverse rules.
