Mend Potterton Profile 80E Heating Flue

Potterton. Profile 80E. Extended Flue ??

Is it possible to fit an extended flue to the outlet on the outside wall so that the fumes are directed upwards. At the moment the fumes are blown accross the patio where we have our garden furniture and can be quite unpleasent at times.
