Mend Renault Megane 1.4 Start Starter Motor

wont start?

my 52 1,4 megane wont start,i have had the starter motor changed as i thought that was the problem,it still doesnt start,i charged the battery up full,there is life in the battery ,couldnyou suggest any other repair that i need to do to get the car started,thankyou

are there any signs of battery life-ign lights on/interior lights working/lights working etc...,if so then is it fitted with immobiliser? also there maybe a fusible link fitted into wiring to starter is this ok?
