renault clio, squeaking turning corners?

i have a renault clio and when i turn corners only to the (leaning to the left) turning right my car makes a squeaking noise it actually sometimes does this when i driving normally on a straight road, but you can hear it more when i am slowing down. why is this? one of my wheel trims on the back wheel is hanging off slightly but it is tagged on could it be this ?
