Mend Roca dual system System Hello Seal

Roca system?

Hello
I have a roca dual system and im constantly having to change the grey rubber seal to avoid a very anoying charge noise. I have three toilets so you can imagine the noise once they all start. Can i change the system for a brand that will not make that noise. If so is this easy to do or will i need a plumber.
