How can i stop the water running down the back of the freezer?

there should be a drain hole in the back to allow the water to run out on to the compressor at the back.you nned to defrost this and find the hole and check it isn't blocked up.you might have to remove the plastic in the back of the freezer to gain access to the hole in question
