Scantronic 9948_?

Hi
After electrical fault I have replaced a fuse internal to the alarm and reset it.
I have used the engineer codes to check everything but the entry/ exit points are not working correctly. The alarm sounds as soon as I close the door on the way out.

I have the manual but there is no mention of the entry exit programming.
