stuck on e4 tipped it back tipped it forword no joy also can not find a reset button that apparently underneath at the front any help would be appreciated to avoid an overcharged call out.

I tried rocking back and forward and it worked several times but the fault came back. In the end I unhooked the whole unit, took it into the back yard and turned it upside down, on all sides etc until no more water was coming out. It has since gone over a year without the fault recurring.
