Mend Fisher & Paykel 703 Problem Power Turned

F&P Smartdrive 703 problem?

Firstly, the water solenoids do not shut off. If the Power is turned off (on the panel), after a short period the machine beeps continuously, and the following lights are illuminated:
Spin Speed Hold & Slow.
Lights 3, 4 & 8 (L to R) on the sequence series.
What is the problem, and how may it be fixed?
