Garmin unable to connect to satelitte?

I have a garmin street pilot c320 and it all lights up and has sound it does everything except connect to the satelitte it just sits there with a message searching for a satelitte, but it never finds any and I have tried updating the software I have switched it off I have tried to reset it all of the small things
