Mend Aquarius WD440 Where Cut Out Please

Hi. Where is the cut out button on the Aquarius WD440 please. ?

There is no heat on the drying cycle. I have checked the thermal resistor wire and this is ok. I would like to try the cut out button but dont know where to find it. Any other suggestions would be a help. Thank you.
