how to get my samsung televison fixed?

I have a samsung LE32a436t 1d (dont know if the 1d part matters)

Heres a pic of what i get when i turn it on

sometimes theres nothing there at all but it slowly fades back in. i have no warrenty and would like to find a fix or a place to get it fixed at a good price.

everyithng else works fine, just the screen issue,
