Show me routing on two gas line hoses?

The line with the fuel filter (check the tank) goes to the lower of the 2 connections on the carburetor. The upper connection is the return line to the gas tank. If you have a priming bulb on the carb, you should actually see the gas advance up the hose and into the carb and then of course fill the return line as well.
