jack car up onto axle stands, remove both front wheels, behind calipar should be 2 rubber caps, remove these using 7mm or 8mm allen key, remove bolts and lift pad holder off, discard old pads, remove the calipar holding bolts, might be 18mm spanner, hang calipar up out of the way to protect flexi-hose, undo disc grub screw, take old disc off, might need to tap off carefully as can be a bit tight, clean all parts of rust, dust etc, clean new discs with brake cleaner to remove any grease/oil on disc, re-fit in reverse, use copper ease on sliders on calipars. remember to do both front wheels and no heavy braking to allow discs/pads to "bed in".
hope it helps
