how do i get my radio to work again?

hi all, i have a 1998 fiesta, i recently fitted a sub with a built in amp and it worked fine for a few days. then one day i got in and the radio will not turn on at all. ive checked the fuses and even changed wires and the radio itself, still no power. any suggestions? cheers.
