malfunction engine orange light?

i have a y reg nissan micra 1.olt which has the orange malfunction light which is not going.we have done the diagnostics but cannot find the fault.any adivice welcome.

The orange light usually means that the car needs a service and does not always mean that there is a problem with the car. It should go off after a while
