The sensor is located on the offside rear of the block between the block and the rubber boot of the inner offside drive shaft. right down low on the block. Its a pig to get to and I had to jack the car up and take the o/s wheel off to get at it (not having a pit or ramps) removing it you need a torx socket set. When easing it ot of the block be carerful not to snap the sensor as otherwise you will have to drain the oil, take the sump off and poke it out from the inside. Also take care to remove the original O ring that more than likely will stay in the hole. Patience and small fingers attached to long double jointed arms is also a plus!!
