What is causing low water pressure from my shower. ?
My Mira Sport shower has suddenly lost pressure and the Low Flow light has come on. Does anyone know what might be the cause and how it can be remedied? The water pressure elsewhere in the house appears ok and unchanged.

It's a Mk. 3 type with over and under control knobs. I'll take a look at the inlet filter and let you know what happens.

You don't say how old or what model your Sport is but if it's the one with control knobs side by side then the like cause is a faulty pilot valve. This part can be purchased direct from the manurfacturer or by booking a Mira Service Engineer. Ring 0844 5715000 for either.

normally filter on the mains cold feed into shower calcifies up and filter on hose to shower head,check all filters and the shower head itself,rob gas safe heating and plumbing engineer
