how to fix my samsung tocco ?

i had a sports beaker in my bag came hoe and it had leaked. took my phone out and it had froze , turned on and off nothing happend buttons still worked. got it out of the case , and took the back of the battery out although appeared fine , and put it in the aring cuboared 30 mihtes later go back to see if it has made a difference , and it wont even turn on !
