Mend Ford Ka Work

Ford Ka Main beam not working !!?

Main beam does not work when you flash someone or put lights on main beam, tried bulbs ok, tried fuses ok, relay seem fine, changed complete steering switch unit no joy !!!
Im baffled any help please ..
