i am having a similar problem. Mine lasts 12 seconds! I called Bosch- no help -just wanted to schedule a Bosch service call at my expense - they have no "technical" support I could talk to - will not purchase a Bosch appliance ever again

I have a similar problem with my Bosch 8655GB integrated microwave - goes on for 10 - 15 seconds then shuts down....its only 18 months old! I took it to a local repairer and he says he's seen a few like this - then the bad news - cheaper to buy a new one....not happy. Bosch not helpful either....not as good as they used to be :-(
