I have a similar problem with my Bosch 8655GB integrated microwave - goes on for 10 - 15 seconds then shuts down....its only 18 months old! I took it to a local repairer and he says he's seen a few like this - then the bad news - cheaper to buy a new one....not happy. Bosch not helpful either....not as good as they used to be :-(
