headlight adjustment?

the adjustments are on the headlight,one for left to right and the other for up and down adjustment,you will have to look at the headlight itself and look for plastic adjuster screws,these can be a hex or a normal socket and I take it you dont have guages so park it near a wall and try and judge the height and direction of the beam as best you can,work off the nearside and try and get the offside roughly the same,if they are near the required setting a good garage would give them a tweak for you while they are on the beamsetter(takes a minute)
