Cargo 813 clutch - bleeding?

Ho do I successfully bleed the clutch on my vehicle.
I found that the fluid was low in the Master cylinder and replenished it. The system will pump up but after standing for a while there will be a great deal of movement on the pedal before it disengages the gears and has to be pumped up again.
There does not appear to be any fluid leakage.
