jack car up and put on axle stands, remove wheels, take off the plastic caps at the back of the caliper, remove holding bolts, normally 7mm allen key, take brake pad holder off and remove pads, undo bolts at the back of the caliper, and hang out of the way, making sure you do not strain the flexi hose, undo the grub screw holding disk on, either phillips or torx screw, tap disk off carefully, and remove, clean area where you took disk from, and refitting is in reverse.you will need to push pistons back to allow new pads to be fitted, clean new disk with brake cleaner, to remove factory grease, and smear some copper-ease on back & sliding parts of new pads. remember to renew disks & pads on both wheels. and no heavy braking to allow new disks/pads to "bed in". Good Luck.
hope it helps
