i cant clean my filter on my samsung front loader 7kg. j1043?

i know i have to clean my filter to fix my propblem, and i found it no worries, but im having trouble gaining access, i can take off the black plug off but then there is a white plug behind that. what do i do? i tried getting it out and broke some of the plastic so i dont really want to do something thats going to cost me....lol
