i m facing some technical difficulties in ma above mentioned player. wen i switch on ma player,the screen gets blank.further i m not able to format ma player.wen i do so ,it just remains as it is and display accessing not possible.so please help in correcting ma device.
i m using windows xp service pack 2 OS.
