How can I fix or replace the on/off switch for my converter box?
How can I fix or replace the on/off switch for my APEX DIGITAL DT250A Digital TV Converter box? There is no response manually or with the remote control. I phoned Best Buy to check on the warranty, but their system crashed so I am waiting for them to call me back when they get some information for me.
