Problem with thread bunching up on the underside of materital?

Top tension about 5, if you do not have a numbered tension unit you need to adjust it so you can just about pull the thread through the needle, make sure you can just pull the thread through the bobbin case with slight resistence, if it is too tight slacken the screw on the bobbin case about a quarter of a turn at a time anti clockwise until you get it right.
