53 megane window failure answers )(motor)?

Found these brilliant post on this site re renault megane window failures. Just want to make sure people get the correct phone number etc. Our (nearly) 7 yr old megane nearside window went wonky, then opened and wouldnt shut, in time of heavy rain and an hour before my husband had to drive 15 miles to a nightshift, you can imagine! However found lots of posts here about renault service and their goodwill repair thingy. So called 0800 634 0509 and sure enough the lovely customer service manager did the deed, saying if we contacted our local (Parks Irvine, Ayrshire) renault dealer, and he gave me the phone number,once they confirm that it is the window motor that gone, they would pay 75% of costs and that includes a 1yr warantee, (should think so too). I will try to post the results once we get it done. Think, hope it wont be more than £60-£70. Conditions of goodwill repair is that car must be under 7years old and no more than 100,oo miles. Luckily our wont be 7yr old till 18 September.Thanks guys.
