how do i de-restrct skyteam st 5o?

how do i de-restrct skyteam st 5o. ive done the sprocket, and the inlet manifold but still does 30mph

these bikes run very weak from standard ,you need to get a bigger main jet somewhere in the region of a 65 but you really need to experiment.does it bog down if you open it up especially from cold?
