no a/c, cig lighter, window washer, rear brake rev lights ?

whats wrong with 03 i.4 megane. started with rear brake lights and rev lights not working. changed bulbs and fuses - no joy. contacted mechanic he says maybe mouse ate wiring loom?????? noww cig lighter a/c and rear window heater gone. also washer pump and no lights on heater controls ---- please please help
