how to tighten an auxillary drive belt on a renault?

i have a renault laguna1800 sport yr 200 does anyone know how to tighten the drive belt i had a new one fitted as my power steering pump packed up and since then i just get a loud screeching while driving and i,m sure it just needs tightening just seems a bit slack
