Mend Bose AWRC-2P/AWRC-2G Fault Model Turning

Bose radio/CD: CD fault?

The model is a Bose AWRC-2P AWRC-2G. The CD spindle has stopped turning and CDs do not play. The radio unit plays normally. There is an internal noise as if the unit is trying to play and there is display informa
tion. If the fault is mechnical can you help me to repair it, please?
