Fridge causing power cuts?

Went investigating all plugs, sockets etc and found that the culprit is the fridge. Why? Looked on the back and the tray above what looks like a pump is completely dry. The water is building up in the bottom of the inside of the fridge and not draining off through the black hose at the back - is this the problem. What do I do about it - please?
